the muscles and connective tissue, support metabolism and strengthen the immune system. Quinoa also stimulates appetite, promotes kidney function and keeps the intestines healthy. Grain-free: Quinoa is a so-called "pseudo-grain" belonging to the foxtail family. It is therefore more closely related to spinach and turnips than to grains.
